Intention to stay or leave employer

One of the items we almost always ask in an employee satisfaction survey is "How long do you plan to continue your career with _______________?" We thought you might be interested in the results when we asked a similar question in an online poll of visitors to our web sites (Employeesurveys.com and The Business Research Lab). This poll ended May 13, 2000. A total of 274 people responded. These results are among the 239 people who said they currently are employed.
