We often receive requests for online surveys where we need to use our survey panel. The information we are asking for below will be used to determine who to survey. The selection criteria for each survey differs. For example, in one survey we may need to survey females of a particular employment status, and in another we may need to survey males who live in Texas.
The information you are providing here is completely confidential. The Business Research Lab will not sell or give your name and personal information to any other corporation.
After you have registered using the below form, you may be called upon from time to time to participate in an online survey. Sometimes a short "screener" questionnaire will be involved. By viewing the results of the screener, we then invite people to take the final survey. We offer incentives for survey participation, such as cash, gift certificates, etc. Often the incentive is a drawing where we randomly give away prizes (such as Amazon gift certificates) to survey participants.
Most of our surveys take less than ten minutes to complete.
First of all, we need to know your email address. This is the means by which we normally will contact you when we invite you to participate in a survey. Please DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS unless you wish to be invited by email to conduct online surveys. Sometimes people sign up and forget they signed up, and then they send us nasty email messages when we invite them to a survey. By completing the information below and indicating your consent, you are agreeing to let us send email to you for occasional survey invitations. We will not send more than six invitations per year to any email address.
