BRL Authorized Representative Program

We are looking for market research and human resources professionals interested in partnering with us to market and conduct employee satisfaction surveys. In this program, you serve as the direct client contact; we provide all necessary back-end support.

Program Components

Revenue Sharing
We will split revenue with you for projects you manage based on the percentage of each project's work you do and whether you make the sale alone or with our assistance.

Sales Leads
As an authorized BRL representative, we will provide you with sales leads. The more sales you make, the more leads we will provide.

Proposals
The process of writing proposals can be very time consuming. We will write all proposals for you, cobranded with your name and ours.

Back-end Support
We do all the report generation for you, including all tables, graphs and departmental reports. We can customize questionnaires for you or assist you in customization. If you need assistance in client conference calls, we will be there for you.

Normative Data
Few firms have the extensive normative data at their disposal that we do. Comparisons to our normative database are included in all our employee satisfaction reports. We can provide custom normative comparisons if needed (organizations of a particular size, type, etc.).

Web Page
If you wish, we will create a web page for you. In it we will provide a link back to your site if you are willing to provide a reciprocal link to ours.

Qualifications

To be considered as a BRL Authorized Representative, you must:

  • Have a background in market research and/or human resources consulting.
  • Be willing to sign a confidentiality agreement.
  • Provide three references of organizations for which you have provided market research or HR-related consulting services.
