- Summary of overall satisfaction,
- Detailed table of all attribute scores, including average scores and percentage calculations (percent agreeing strongly, disagreeing strongly, etc., with attribute and benefits statements),
- Summary table of all attribute scores (net percentage agreeing, disagreeing, and average scores),
- Table detailing results for all other questions,
- Worksheet containing macros to list all attributes, in order of importance to overall satisfaction.
- Worksheet containing graphs summarizing the results of all quantitative questions in the survey.

The price for this spreadsheet is $250. If purchased at the same time as the E-Value PC Help Desk questionnaire, the price for both files is $300, a savings of 25% over purchasing these items separately. Please note -- in order to purchase the spreadsheet file, you must purchase the rights to use the questionnaire.
Perhaps you have people who can write a spreadsheet from scratch for you. If so, this certainly is an option you should consider. However, we should point out that it would take several days for a person fairly well-versed in Microsoft Excel to write a spreadsheet with the functionality of ours.
