Greatest Boss and a Friend, All in One
Dear Business Research Lab,
You know some people say they have the greatest boss, but they don't unless they work
with mine. My boss is more than just a boss, she's my friend. She will do anything for
anyone and is always there when you need her, even if she's at home. The bad part about
this, is some of the employees don't realize how great they have it here. She is always
buying lunch, cooking, anything to make sure you eat a good meal, however they don't care,
and it bothers some of us that does see it. They never do anything for her, that is why I
can't wait for our company Christmas party so that I can give her something in return
without her asking why?
I HAVE THE "GREATEST BOSS" AND A FRIEND ALL IN ONE!

I just want other people and companies to realize they need to wake up and respect there boss no matter
what. Their boss is human and makes mistakes too, and the better the relationship you have with your
boss the better your job will be.
