I was in an interview in a major bank and the manager was describing the job to me and the benefits.
He was sporting a black eye and a few scratches and bruises. I was informed of the sick time that was
provided by the bank but that I was never to avail myself of it as he could not think of one reason to
ever need it. He pointed to his face and told me he had been mugged on his way home the night before,
beaten and left on the side of the road and look, here he was at work so if he can come to work after
that then the rest of us should be able to make it too.
